Arthur has facilitated over 35 years of executive development, group facilitation, cultural change, organisation development, leadership and team development, within academic, corporate, public, and professional services environments.
He works to align the impact of skilful leadership behaviour with team effectiveness and organisational culture. He currently has a particular interest in developing personal resilience capability in response to changing workplace environments.
As part of the Inner Performance team, Arthur works globally offering an integrated approach to coaching, organisation and leadership development drawing upon his research and his workplace experience.
Arthur ensures that coaching and development is appropriately targeted. This includes the careful selection of the most up-to-date cultural and leadership development tools within the scope of the Inner Performance training programs.
With 10 years’ experience in the university sector he has facilitated workshops with audiences in diverse environments globally, including an on-going leadership development process with people from 14 different ethnic backgrounds.
