Inner Performance is a coaching consultancy that works with individuals and groups to improve their performance, creativity and overall wellbeing for a more successful life in corporate, sports and personal endeavours.
Our group training programs employ a tailor-made approach using a combination of mindfulness meditations, positive psychology and energy medicine reducing stress and improving performance, productivity and culture. To excel in sport, athletes need to master and manage a variety of mental, emotional, and physical challenges in and outside of the game.
At Inner Performance Sports, our goal is to develop an athlete’s ability to deliver consistently high performances under all conditions, while maintaining their health and wellbeing. We work with athletes, both individually and as a group or team, to help them excel in their sport; inspiring each athlete to consistently achieve his or her highest potential in mindset and performance.
