MASTERING MINDSET PROGRAM
We teach meditation-based skills to manage stress and improve performance and job satisfaction for employees and management. This powerful 8 week course culminates in participants developing their unique personal performance plan PPP.
The purpose of a personal performance plan is to identify in advance your particular work place stressors and design an appropriate proactive plan. As a result, the PPP empowers individuals to manage themselves strategically, greatly reducing stress and improving performance and personal wellbeing.
PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
Boundaries ‘ Self ’: Learn to recognise, establish and manage personal boundaries in the workplace. Develop self-mastery, better quality of work, higher productivity, higher work satisfaction and more rewarding professional relationships.
Managing Capacity ‘ Outcomes ’: Manage personal capacity to achieve optimal outcomes. Learn to manage tasks, relationships, and projects within the optimal capacity window.
Workplace Relationships ‘Others’: Understand the basic principles of workplace relationships and their limitations. Learn effective conflict resolution and communication skills improves productivity and culture.
Leadership Fundamentals ‘Us’: Understand fundamental leadership principles that lead to optimal outcomes, collaboration, trust and positive workplace culture. Application of these skills cultivates highly motivated, creative, productive, and collaborative teams.
