Meditation for Wellness and Performance is a 5-week live online course (1.5 hrs per week) taught by David Flakelar, who has been teaching meditation for over 25 years., that teaches you a simple, step-by-step method to create a powerful meditation practice. Whether you’re new to meditation or want to deepen your practice, this course gives you proven tools to improve your health, happiness, and performance.

By the end of the course, you will:

  • Feel confident using meditation to manage stress and emotions.

  • Know four meditations and two energy medicine techniques you can use anytime, anywhere.

  • Be equipped to stay grounded, relaxed, and resilient no matter what life throws at you.

Each week you’ll learn a new meditation and practice that builds on the last:

Week 1: 21/06/26 – The Body: Release tension and reconnect with your body.

Week 2: 28/06/26 – Mind & Emotions: Discover how to develop better focus and emotional balance when life feels overwhelming.

Week 3: 05/07/26 – Grounding: Calm your nervous system and release stress or trauma.

Week 4: 12/07/26 – The Heart: Understand what prevents us from feeling confident, trusting ourselves and being truly happy. Discover the "Secrets of the Heart" so you can be free of anxiety and self doubt.

Week 5: 19/07/26 – Integration: Learn how to integrate all of the meditations and apply them to your life to enhance your wellbeing and improve your personal and professional performance
