Presented over 2 x Saturdays x 1.5hrs, these meditations events are designed to teach you how to implement an effective meditation practice using an easy step-by-step proven program.

You will achieve a minimum level of competency by the end of these events and know-how and when to apply these amazing transformational tools into your life.

The course teaches you HOW to meditate effectively in a supportive live environment.

The 2 events are “Connecting to Yourself " and “Emotional Management".

Each topic is taught experientially covering theory, practice and time for Q & A. You will learn these effective meditations allowing you to address and manage your stress response and emotional management so you feel more at peace and positive about yourself and life.

Week 1: Connecting To Yourself
Learn about the stress response and effective ways to create the relaxation response leaving you feeling less stressed, less agitated and more grounded and connected to yourself.

Week 2: Emotional Management
Learn how emotions effect your mind and body and learn effective ways to release toxic emotions with a gentle meditation for emotional stress. Emotional management is key for creating and maintaining wellbeing mentally and physically.

WHEN :

  • 5pm - 6:30pm Saturday 22nd October 2022

  • 5pm - 6:30pm Saturday 12th November 2022

WHERE : CWA Hall, Robertson Park, ORANGE

INVESTMENT : $60 per event or $100 for 2 x events

  • Every adult who pays can bring another adult for free.

  • Every paid adult can bring their teenagers 15-17 year old for free as my way of supporting mental health in Orange.
